Following a convincing internship, Anis Bouabsa made baking his profession, to the delight of the many customers who come to sample the preparations of this passionate baker. Warm bread all day long, wide-sliced farmhouse bread, natural sourdough bread with good keeping qualities, as well as an organic range. He takes great care with his viennoiseries, from pure butter to Parisian or Bresse brioches with red fruits, apples and prunes. His bakery exudes good bread.
