Pastry Indeed, it's passion and talent that drive Aurélien for pastries and Luc for chocolate. A fine piece of work in a rather small space (but they also have a presence at Les Halles), but everything is very appetizing and tasty: Signature, Sensation, New York for the brownie, but also fruit entremets, and classics like the Paris-brest or the saint-honoré. Very good pralines and ganaches, and pretty boxes of macaroons and galettes.
